On April 10, 2025, students from the Interior Design Department embarked on a creative and refreshing trip to Sami Abdulrahman Park as part of their Color lecture. This outing offered a perfect blend of social and academic engagement, providing students with a unique opportunity to step outside the classroom and immerse themselves in nature’s beauty for inspiration. After settling in, the group enjoyed a delightful lunch together, creating a picnic-like atmosphere that encouraged open conversations, laughter, and deeper connections between students and lecturers. The relaxed environment fostered a sense of togetherness, allowing everyone to bond beyond academic discussions.

The trip was not only an educational experience but also a reminder of the value of creativity, collaboration, and the importance of embracing learning in a more holistic way. By the end of the day, students left the park not only with colorful artworks in hand but also with renewed energy, stronger connections with their peers and instructors, and lasting memories. The trip, supervised by Mrs. Faeza and Sara Mahmmud, served as a powerful reminder of how stepping outside routine spaces can inspire both personal growth and creative development.
