The 3rd International Engineering Conference on Developments in Civil & Computer Engineering Applications took place in Erbil, Iraq between February 26 and 27, 2017. The conference was organized jointly by TISHK University and Erbil Polytechnic University. On 3rd of January 2017 a seminar entitled "Preparing Technical Reports for a Better Society in Engineering" was held for Faculty of Engineering and Science academics by Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş.
