Tishk International University held the 5th NICE competition on May 5th, 2019, under the theme of “Targeting Smart Sustainable Innovations”. At the opening ceremony, Dr. Idris Hadi Head of Board Trustees of TIU gave a speech as to the significance of the program not only for TIU and KRG but also for each key dynamics of the world in innovation and engineering fields. He has thanked all participants, particularly from other universities and staff who made a performance for this program.
NICE (National Innovations Contest in Engineering) is a groundbreaking Engineering competition open to higher education students in Kurdistan Region. Project competition was held in different categories. Surveying and Geomatics Engineering department of different universities participated in the competition. There were precious jury members to evaluate these projects.
