Supportive Art Painting The Surveying and Geomatics Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University, participated in the 5th International Spring Festival of Language, Culture, and Science, under the theme "Green Energy and Minimum Waste", organized by TIU on May 17th, 2022. Shler Adil, 2nd Surveying and Geomatics Engineering student, prepared a painting of a tree trunk and its branches and let the visitors complete the painting( adding leaves) with their fingerprints. Surveying and Geomatics Participate in 5th International Spring Festival The Surveying and Geomatics Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University, participated in the 5th International Spring Festival of Language, Culture, and Science, under the theme "Green Energy and Minimum Waste", organized by TIU on May 17th, 2022. The Surveying and Geomatics Engineering Department is happy to announce the CIVIL 3D Training Course for TIU undergraduate and graduate students. The program contains 30 hours of in-class training. On 11th of January,2021, the Department of Surveying and Geomatics conducted an internal seminar under the title “RTK and RTK Network ” , presented by Rozh Ismael “Assistant Lecturer”. The seminar discussed RTK and RTK network survey methods, the differences between them, and benefits of the two techniques in surveying projects. GNSS survey methods have a wide range of use in surveying engineering, therefore it is important for our staff to be more familiar with the methods of GNSS surveying as well as the new techniques and technologies currently available.
