Memorandum of Agreement between TIU and Iraq Surveying Company The Surveying and Geomatics Engineering Department signed a Memorandum of Agreement between Tishk International University (TIU) and Iraq Surveying Company. The agreement was signed under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Shamal Fatah Ahmed. Iraq Surveying Company is an authorized dealer of Kolida, Geomax Positioning (part of the Hexagon), DJI, and SPX (Radio Detection), some of the biggest Surveying Engineering Companies in the world. International Workshop on Navigation of Visually Impaired People The Surveying and Geomatics Engineering Department at Tishk International University organized its 1st International Workshop under the title “Navigation of Visually Impaired People“, by Ahmad Faiz Talabany and Rozhgar Qarani, scheduled to be held on April 14th 2022, at 14:00 ( Baghdad GTM +3). The workshop will highlight the current navigation technologies and their applications for the navigation of visually impaired people.
