Tishk International International University and Erbil Polytechnic University hosted the 6th International Engineering Conference (IEC2020) on February 26-27, 2020. IEC2020 is technically sponsored by IEEE and IEEE Iraq Section. The conference aimed to disseminate research findings and provide a platform for scholars to debate and exchange ideas on developments in the field of engineering. The Faculty of Engineering of TIU had a visit from the University of Kurdistan-Hawler (UKH) on Thursday 1st January 2020. It was our pleasure to have them tour in our Engineering Labs. Dr. Soorkeu Atrooshi, acting Dean of School of Science and Engineering, visited Civil Engineering Laboratories, and discussed certain collaboration activities such as sharing labs.

Tishk International International University, (TIU) has signed a memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Field Ready Makers Space (Erbil section) on January 27,  2020. Ms.Wafa Alattas, (Country Director) of Field Ready Makers Space and team members Mr. Reuf Kapidzic (Iraq Technical Lead) and Ms. Mariam Yaarub (Erbil Technical Lead) have visited Tishk International International University.
