On Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, the Aviation Engineering Department at Tishk International University coordinated for organizing a community project under STEM with the International Classical School of MEDES in Erbil. A team from the Aviation Engineering visited the school to engage the school admin and offer a presentation to their 12th-grade students. It was an informative and interactive event where students listened and asked many questions in an easy and relaxed environment. The visiting team explained the theme of the visit and laid out all the relevant details, stopping now and again to answer questions and address the audience with encouraging questions. At the end, there were competitions and symbolic gifts for the students who expressed their joy and appreciation for organizing the visit. The admin of the school was very supportive and provided very much appreciated assistance throughout the event.
