The Aviation Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, at Tishk International University successfully organized an intensive training program on “Entrepreneurship and Career Development” in accordance with the university’s directives and in parallel with the decisions of the Ministry of Higher Education.
The training was presented by Shamal Mohamedamin Ahmed and was conducted over a period of four weeks, totaling 20 training hours. The program aimed to enhance students’ entrepreneurial mindset, career planning skills, professional development, and readiness for the job market.
Throughout the training, students actively participated in various learning activities and discussions designed to strengthen their personal and professional competencies. The program successfully achieved its intended learning outcomes, providing students with valuable knowledge and practical insights for their future careers.
At the conclusion of the training, participants expressed highly positive feedback, appreciating the relevance and usefulness of the topics delivered. Students highlighted that the program inspired them to think creatively about their future careers and expressed their hope that the training would serve as a bridge toward their future success and professional growth.
