Tishk International University successfully organized the Second Student Graduation Project Competition, held on June 2–4, 2026, at the Ibn Sina Hall, Dentistry New Building. The event brought together outstanding graduation projects from various academic departments across the university, showcasing the creativity, innovation, and research capabilities of senior students.
A total of 28 graduation projects were submitted by fourth- and fifth-year students representing different departments. The competition aimed to provide students with a platform to present and showcase their graduation projects, promote academic excellence, and encourage innovative solutions to contemporary challenges.
The Aviation Engineering Department participated in two distinguished projects that had previously achieved 1st and 2nd places in the 11th National Innovation Competition in Engineering (NICE 2026):
1st Place in NICE 2026
“Designing 3D Printed UAV Frames for Crash Resistance and Durability.”

2nd Place in NICE 2026
“Design and Fabrication of a Fixed-Wing Structure with Integrated Flight Control Systems”
Students: Anya Karwan and Chovin Wshyar

At the end of the Competition, the Aviation Engineering Department achieved another remarkable accomplishment when the project “Designing 3D Printed UAV Frames for Crash Resistance and Durability”, conducted by Revan Rzgar and Mustafa Najib under the supervision of Mr. Ahmed Ameer Arsalan, was awarded 3rd Place in the Second Student Graduation Project Competition 2026.
