Mr. Omar Azad, the academic advisor for second-grade students, arranged this special event to foster stronger connections between students and staff outside the traditional university environment.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">This <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">student breakfast gathering<\/b> served as a relaxed platform for meaningful interaction. By stepping away from the classroom, the department successfully created a welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, this initiative helps to build trust and professional relationships between lecturers and students, which is essential for a supportive academic culture.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">In addition to the students, several faculty members participated, enjoying the refreshing change of pace. Importantly, the conversation also shifted toward future career prospects. Students gained valuable insights into the engineering job market and the industry skills they need to develop before graduation.
