Jassim. In this seminar, Prof. Dr. Hamed M. Jassim highlighted the existing governing laws and regulations which are concerned with all stages of scientific promotion at the higher education institutions in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. All staff of the TIU was invited to the seminar. It took place in room 202, Main Building of the TIU at 15:00 O’clock.
