Engineering Faculty Hosts Successful Seminar on The Engineer’s Role in the Community

On May 7, 2023, the Engineering Faculty at Tishk International University hosted a successful seminar on “The Engineer’s Role in the Community,” presented by Engineer Salahadin Zandi, Vice President of the Engineering Syndicate of Kurdistan.

The seminar, attended by all senior engineering students of the faculty, covered the privileges and responsibilities of being an engineer and the importance of taking on leadership roles in their respective industries. Students actively participated and engaged with the guest speaker, asking questions and giving comments on the topic.

At the end of the seminar, Engineer Salahadin Zandi was presented with an appreciation plaque on behalf of the Engineering Faculty for his valuable insights and contributions to the event.

The seminar was followed by a refreshing coffee break, allowing students to network and further discuss the topic. Overall, the seminar was a great success and provided students with valuable knowledge and perspective on the role of engineers in society.
