MOA signed with Field Ready Maker Space, Erbil

Tishk International International University, (TIU) has signed a memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Field Ready Makers Space (Erbil section) on January 27, 2020.

Ms.Wafa Alattas, (Country Director) of Field Ready Makers Space and team members Mr. Reuf Kapidzic (Iraq Technical Lead) and Ms. Mariam Yaarub (Erbil Technical Lead) have visited Tishk International International University. They were warmly welcomed and hosted by the Dean of Engineering, Dr. Khaled Wooral, TIU.

On behalf of Tishk International International University, and Field Ready organization, Dr. Khaled Wooral, The Dean of Engineering and Ms.Wafa Alattas, Field Ready’s Iraq country director, has signed the Memorandum Of Agreement.

They have discussed various forms of collaborations, including students’ training programs such as digital fabrication training (3D printers, CNC machines, laser cutters) Design Thinking training and so on.

More special plans with “FIELD Ready Maker space” is to do some joint activities in terms of Graduation projects, Hands-on training, and NICE (National Innovation Competition in Engineering) projects, Field Visits, seminar/ Workshops, etc….
