It forms the core of <strong>robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI);<\/strong> technologies that are rapidly redefining our world.<\/p>\n<p>We are living through a new industrial era driven by <strong>intelligent systems<\/strong> and <strong>smart automation<\/strong>. The ability to adapt and innovate is now essential for success. The next generation will live in a world where interaction with <strong>robots, autonomous systems, and AI-powered devices<\/strong> is an everyday experience.<\/p>\n<p>Modern industries rely on <strong>AI-based technologies<\/strong> capable of <strong>identifying and recognizing objects, faces, and gestures<\/strong> through camera vision and deep learning, as well as <strong>interpreting body and hand gestures<\/strong> for natural <strong>Human-Machine Interaction (HMI)<\/strong>. These intelligent systems operate tirelessly with precision, efficiency, and reliability.<\/p>\n<p>At the <strong>Department of Mechatronics Engineering<\/strong>, we prepare students to <strong>design, develop, and integrate<\/strong> such technologies-from robotic arms and automation systems to smart AI-driven controllers. Our graduates are not just participants in this transformation-they are <strong>leaders shaping the future<\/strong> of intelligent engineering.<\/p>\n<p>We emphasize <strong>student-centered and project-based learning<\/strong>, encouraging hands-on experience in <strong>AI-mechatronic projects<\/strong> conducted in our laboratories. Seminars, workshops, and collaborations with industry and research centres further enrich this experience.<\/p>\n<p>Through a culture of innovation, engagement, and community collaboration, we aim to
