Social Community Project

The Department of Mechatronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University, has launched a new social community project for the academic year 2022-2023. The project aims to assist orphan children in Erbil City and surrounding areas by providing them with essential supplies. Both students and staff contribute to the funding of this community service project.

As part of this project, the staff and students of the Mechatronics Engineering Department visited several orphanages to distribute clothes, carpets, and financial aid to support the children’s needs. The team spent quality time with the orphans, interacting with them and fostering positive relationships. The social community project is a reflection of Tishk International University’s steadfast commitment to serving society and making a positive impact in the community. The Mechatronics Engineering Department intends to continue this initiative in the upcoming years, with the aim of reaching out to more orphans and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

We commend our students and staff members for taking the initiative to contribute to the community’s betterment. We hope their efforts will inspire others to join us in creating a positive impact on the community. Tishk International University remains dedicated to promoting social responsibility and community service, and we are committed to our ongoing efforts towards creating a better world for everyone.
