The Head of Department, <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">Mr. Mousa M Amin<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\">, met with students from each grade to discuss important aspects of the upcoming year, including class advisors and departmental regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">The meetings with the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-grade students took place on <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">October 28 and 29, 2024<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\">. Each session began with a friendly welcome, complete with complimentary drinks and cake. Students were informed about their class advisors and were encouraged to provide feedback on potential improvements for the department. The meetings concluded with an inspiring speech from the Head of the Department.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"selected\">Key Communication Platforms<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">For academic announcements and resources, the department will use the following platforms:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Department Website:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> This will be the main communication channel for all departmental news and updates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Schedule Web Page:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> Students are advised to regularly visit this page to get the latest class schedules.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Lecture Notes Page:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> All class materials can be found here. Students are required to get the key code from staff members to access the page.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Classroom App:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> This will be used for quick announcements.
