Successful Implementation of Pilot Course at TIU by Bauhaus University of Weimar Faculty Members<\/h4>\n

Tishk International University (TIU) witnessed a great educational milestone as faculty members from Bauhaus University of Weimar, led by Jun.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Lars Abrahamczyk, implemented a pilot course in the curriculum program of the Civil Engineering Department. This innovative initiative is part of the collaborative project, \u201cMultiscale Consequence Studies for Hazard Impact on Structures in Iraq,\u201d funded by DAAD, and aimed at expanding knowledge exchange and global engagement.<\/p>\n

The course, which spanned two days and totaled six hours of instruction, proved to be a valuable addition to TIU\u2019s academic offerings. It served as a bridge connecting local students to international standards in the field of civil engineering, offering them insights into cutting-edge research and practices.<\/p>\n

At the end of the second day, a special dinner event was held on the TIU campus, where students and faculty had the opportunity to interact with Prof. Lars and his team. The gathering was not only a celebration of the successful pilot course but also an occasion to inspire and motivate students to aspire to greater heights in their academic and professional journeys.<\/p>\n
