The seminar&#8217;s welcome speech was presented by<span class=\"fontstyle0\"> Dr. Jwan Jalal, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. Dr. Kafia Mawlood, <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Eng. Sana Idrees and Eng. Hataw Abdullah also presented during the first session, in which they discussed the <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">difficulties female engineers face at work and in the civil engineering industry. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">The presenters further talked about ways to facilitate work for women and ensure women&#8217;s perspectives reach this traditionally male-dominated field. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">During the second session, a certification ceremony was held in which the top three students of each grade were awarded certifications for their significant achievements, and plaques of appreciation were awarded to speakers and organizers of the seminar.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Seminar Outcome:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><br \/>\n1. Presenting the difficulties female engineers face at the engineering site and finding solutions to decrease these<br \/>\ndifficulties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><br \/>\n2. Encouraging female workers in the industry to maintain their hard work and fight against gender-based differences and difficulties at work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">3.
