This student-led initiative demonstrates the department&#8217;s commitment to combining academic excellence with social responsibility.<\/p>\n<h2>Fundraising Achievement<\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">During the university&#8217;s 8th Annual Spring Festival on April 29, 2025, first-year Civil Engineering students organized a comprehensive food fundraising campaign featuring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Traditional Kurdish cuisine<\/strong>: Dolma, Biryani, Burak, Kubba, and fresh salads<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Popular items<\/strong>: Mini pizzas, puff pastries, Nutella cakes, and cup puddings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The well-organized food stand attracted hundreds of attendees and raised 500,000 IQD, contributing to the department&#8217;s total of 1,590,000 IQD for the clean water initiative.<\/p>\n<h2>Project Leadership and
