On March 1, 2018 civil engineering department in cooperation with SIGMA integrated management institute organized a workshop entitled Smart Management Thinking which includes introduction to project management professional (PMP) and primavera 6 (P6) to the lecturers and students to introduce the project management professional (PMP) and primavera 6 (P6). Eng. Mohamad Alahmad who has certificate of training in PMP, P6 EPPM, and CPM presented three hours about the aforementioned topics. 60 participants (Studentes & Lecturers) participated in this workshop
Spaghetti Bridge Competition On April 7, 2018 three groups of students from civil engineering department participated in Third Spaghetti Bridge Competition which organized by university of sulaimani, Tishk International University-Slemani and American University of Sulaimani-Iraq. Students were supervised on the day of the competition by assistant lecturer (Mr. Twana Ahmed) 11 participants (Studentes & Lecturers) from our department participated in this competition
First Earthquake Resistant Bbuilding Competition ( ERBC ) 2018 On April 8, 2018 three groups of students from civil engineering department participated in first earthquake resistant building competition ( ERBC ) 2018 which organized by university of sulaimani, Tishk International University-Slemani and American University of Sulaimani-Iraq. Students were supervised on the day of the competition by head of department (Mr. Barham Haidar) and Assistant (Mr. Shkar Latif). Totally 15 projects were competed from five different universities.
