2nd Clean and Green Project: Together for a Brighter Future<\/h4>\n

On May 18th, 2024, student and staff members of the Aviation Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University<\/a> (TIU) including students and staff, were actively involved in a community project located on Makhmour Road, Erbil. The aim\u00a0of this project was to engage participants in activities that were centred on the restoration and preservation of natural environments. This event\u00a0is a continuation of the previous project, which was conducted\u00a0in March 2024, aligning\u00a0with the university’s goal of educating both students and staff on the importance of preserving a clean environment.<\/p>\n

The objectives of this project include\u00a0the following:<\/p>\n

1. Proactively encouraging students and staff to prevent littering by launching educational initiatives and raising awareness.
\n2. Assisting in the education of the general public regarding the significance of recycling a variety of materials, including metal, glass, plastic, and electronic devices.
\n3. Educating students\u00a0regarding the preservation of the natural environment and the encouragement of greening initiatives.<\/p>\n
