On February 11th, 2024, the students and staff of the Aviation Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering<\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0Tishk International University<\/a> (TIU) headed on a field visit to the Erbil Makers’ Hub Office, for an introduction to their facilities. Mr. Mohammed Alsad, Founder of the Makers’ Hub, received the delegation and, on a welcoming note took them through their technical facilities, including 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC machinery, and scanners. The students showed interest and engaged their host in questions and inquiries. In the end, the students and staff were treated to refreshments and offered dedicated support in training and aviation engineering project support.
